Liz Parnov is a 2x Olympian and former World Youth top prospect at Pole Vault. Liz’s story is incredible and unique as she was trained to be the best by former World Champion and her dad, Alex Parnov. A sport that challenges mentality and athleticism, Liz has endured it all on the world stage and has now recently taken up retirement. In her new lease of life, she can be found currently on Australia’s own Survivor whilst carving a new career out in Marketing.
