Tuning in to Kids® (TIK) is a suite of parenting programs that focus on the emotional connection between parents/carers and their children, from pre-schoolers to teens.

The evidence-based programs have proven success in improving parenting, parent-child relationships and children’s emotional competence and behaviour.

They began in 1999 as group sessions but with the pandemic have successfully made the shift to online training which means the programs are available to everyone.

To date, more than 100,000 parents have attended TIK programs in Australia

Guest: Sophie Havigshurst, (BA Hons, Dip Clin Psych, Ph.D.)
Leader of the Tuning in to Kids® Research and Dissemination
