- Basic instinct star Sharon Stone has revealed Britney Spears wrote to her during the height of her 2007 mental health battle, asking for help.

Speaking on Kelly Clarkson's talk show, Stone said she was dealing with her own health battles at the time and wasn't in a position to help Britney.
