Question 1

What is Creator+?

Creator+ is Auscast Network’s membership for podcasters who want a professional home for their show. It bundles studio hosting through Omny Studio, distribution to Apple, Spotify, iHeart and beyond, sponsorship opportunities, and direct strategic support from the team running the network.

Question 2

How do I manage my podcast through Creator+?

All episode hosting, uploads, analytics and distribution settings live inside your Omny Studio account. Once you’re a Creator+ member, you’ll receive your own Omny login (separate from your Creator+ portal login) and can launch the studio at any time from your Dashboard.

Question 3

What’s included in my Creator+ membership?

Your membership includes podcast hosting via Omny Studio, distribution to all major platforms, listener analytics, sponsorship matching opportunities, the ability to submit articles for the Auscast website, and one free 15-minute strategy call every month with Andy.

Question 4

How does the monthly call with Andy work?

Every Creator+ member gets one free 15-minute call per month. Bring whatever you need a second pair of ears on — strategy, distribution, sponsorship pitches, technical issues, or scripts. The booking system launches soon. In the meantime, email support@auscastnetwork.com to schedule a time.

Question 5

What if I need more than 15 minutes?

Additional time is billed at $150/hour and invoiced manually after the call. There’s no auto-charge — we’ll confirm the time you need before the call so there are no surprises.

Question 6

How do I get sponsorships through Auscast?

Head to the Sponsorships tab inside your Creator+ Dashboard to view available deals matched to your show. Auscast handles the introductions, briefs and commercial terms — you focus on creating the content. Payouts and reporting are tracked through your member portal.

Question 7

Can I publish articles on the Auscast Network website?

Yes. Use the Submit Article tab in your Dashboard to send through written content tied to your show or expertise. Articles are reviewed by the editorial team before going live and help drive new listeners back to your podcast.

Question 8

Where does my show get distributed?

Through Omny Studio, your show is distributed to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeart, Amazon Music, and every other major directory via RSS. You can also embed episodes anywhere on the web and view download numbers and listener data inside Omny.

Question 9

How do I update my profile or billing details?

Open the My Profile tab in the Creator+ portal to update your name, contact details, show information and membership preferences. For billing changes or invoice queries, email support@auscastnetwork.com and we’ll sort it out directly.
