Nick Russian is one of the best in the business when it comes to hospitality, networking and finding perfection in his businesses.
Owner of the famed Bar Bambi in Melbourne which won ‘Best Bar in Australia’ in 2022 after only being open 12 months tells you the knowledge and experience Nick has across the market. Nick fell short of his AFL dreams due to a broken back and the experienced gained from that set back has aided his character to build resilience and a competitive nature to always want to get better. Not only a hospitality mogul but Nick was also fortunate to land on his feet post footy with a modelling career that had him living in Milan and working for some of the biggest brands in the world.
